We hold our notaries to the highest standards to ensure a seamless and professional notarization process for our clients. We expect our notaries to meet and exceed the following criteria:
1. Expertise and Industry Training: Our notaries should be experienced and well-trained, having received additional industry training beyond the standard national requirements (NNA). This ensures that they are well-equipped to handle a wide range of notarization tasks accurately and efficiently. - Training programs that are accepted are Notary2Pro, Notary Stars, Loan Signing System (LSS) and others.
2. Professionalism: We emphasize the importance of professionalism in attire, conduct, and demeanor. Notaries are expected to present themselves in a manner that reflects positively on both Notary Connect and our clients.
3. Timeliness: Timeliness is a key attribute we look for in our notaries. This includes confirming appointments promptly, arriving at scheduled appointments on time, adhering to deadlines for document uploads, and ensuring that documents are shipped before the last pickup of the day.
4. Attention to Detail and Instruction: Our notaries should have the ability and diligence to follow instructions provided on the order from all required parties. Each party and industry may have specific preferences for how documents are completed, and our notaries must adapt accordingly.
5. Communication: We expect superb communication skills from our notaries. This includes confirming appointments or making confirmation attempts, providing regular status updates, addressing questions related to the documents, and promptly notifying us of any changes in the appointment schedule.
6. Accuracy: Our notaries are entrusted to complete error-free signings on behalf of our clients. They must exercise due diligence to ensure that documents are completed accurately and without errors, thereby upholding our commitment to delivering flawless notarizations.
We understand that these expectations and standards may not align with every notary's business model. If you feel that you may not be able to accommodate these requirements, we kindly request that you refrain from applying, as we may not be the right fit for your notary business.
